Media Release Agreement

By accepting this agreement in your booking, you grant to LUG4/2 Incorporated, trading as Imagination Station, the right to take photographs and video of you and your property, and those you represent such as any children you register in courses with Imagination Station.

You agree that LUG4/2 Inc, its representatives and employees may use such photographs and video of you (and those you represent) with or without your name for any lawful purpose, including social media, publicity, advertising, and online content.

You confirm that no persons in your care are restricted from having their photos taken under the vulnerable children act.
